This cup is great for Oboe and Bassoon players as their reeds require soaking prior to playing. It's recommended to soak reeds in a cup with distilled water instead of in the mouth to lengthen the life of the reed. These cups clip right onto the standard music stand in middle and high schools (the Manhasset stand), and have a lid, which are both great to prevent spilling.
